EDGEFEST!!!
Aug 17-18 at the T-Bird Stadium in Vancouver. Graeme, Shane, Andrew, Marisa, Karlton, Courtnay, Kristen and me all arrived on the scene to hear showcore kickin it off. Next up was Good Charlotte. They ruled. Kitty and Project Wyze also took to the stage and they sucked. Then the 3 main bands came out. Sum 41 got the crowd going crazy. The moshpit was HUGE and people and beach balls were gettin tossed everywhere. Next, New Found Glory came out and played unreal. They were funny as hell too. The sun went down and then the big flaming "FUCK" appeared. Blink 182 was obviously the crowd favorite, and they played tons of good songs. Some from their new album and some old school ones like "M&M's" They also performed a stunt and played Happy Holidays 3 times in the dark lol. That was the best concert any of us had been to. The weather was rad and everything about it was fun.

Camping:
We all packed up our tents and stuff and headed for the rope swing beach. The beach was nice, sandy with clear water and a nice drop off a few feet off shore. We built a big peninsula sticking off the shoreline to swim off of. It went out about ten feet to the dropoff, so we could dive off it. Funny moments included people falling off the ropeswing the first night, and particularly Andrew. He forgot to let go and by the time he was almost back at shore he fell and his leg got caught in the rope. He dropped head first into 2 feet of water. We were all on the beach laughing at his misfortune, he was okay afterwards. We also went up the mountain to a big waterfall. That water was melted ice, but we jumped off the waterfall anyways. That second night was a huge party. Everyone came, whether they were spending the night or not. It was rad.

May Long:
Was a pretty dope weekend. Good Weather. Wakeboarding every day, lotsa parties every night. Cliffjumping at two rivers wall was pretty fun too. Wylie's rain dances were pretty sweet and Troy was a performance too. Ryan and some other kids crashed their boat into a deadhead sticking 2 feet out of the water right off shore. That was one of the stupidest things I've ever seen. We also built a big sauna with rocks from the fire in a tent. We dumped water on the rocks and it cooked! Overall it was pretty punk.

GOB/BLACK HALOS CONCERT!!!
Held in the Vogue Theatre. That was the dopest concert of all time! Me, Graeme, Shane, and Mike all went over and partied it up in Vancouver. Black Halos lead dude was crazy, he was screaming at everyone to get on the stage. The moshpit was huge and the first three rows of seats got ripped out. Graeme got a nice injury on his leg from moshin and Shane almost caught Gabe's drumstick. We all crowdsurfed over the moshpit and that was pretty dope. Gob was rad and they played lots of sweet songs. That was such a punk concert. The opening band, Lefty, were really good too. D/L the song girls if ya get the chance.

Beginning of June
Mica has broken 2 boards by sliding obstacles such as docks and ski jumps. Joey landed back to back whirlys this weekend. Last time I went wakeboarding I got chased by a Canadian Goose! Things are going great! :)
